We currently ship only within the Continental United States and US territories (Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam). Shipments to US territories may be subject to additional fees. Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping outside these areas.

These items are typically shipped via either UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail. UPS Ground Residential usually arrives within 5-7 business days. USPS Priority Mail usually arrives within 2-5 business days. Both methods are sent with track able ID numbers which will be forwarded to the customer when available. Oversized items and bulk orders are subject to additional handling fees. These fees will be noted in the product description when applicable.

Those items that qualify for free shipping using the FREEship coupon code will be sent via standard shipping to one address only. Additional handling fees may apply, and will be noted in the item description.

Some items are sent directly from the artisan or manufacturer, and in such cases shipping methods may vary. However, your price will remain consistent with your charge at checkout.

Should you receive a product you believe has been damaged in shipping, please contact customer service immediately with the following information: your order number, shipment tracking number (found on the packing slip) and the name of the carrier. You must save all packing and shipping materials for UPS inspection. You may be asked to provide documentation of damage such as photos or a written statement. We must receive notice of damaged or defective goods within 24 hours.

Custom orders, bulk orders, made-to-order items and personalized items are not returnable or exchangeable. Because artisans craft these items to your specifications, they are a "final sale".
